Yes, you can work with another company for your website. EstatePrime offers API access, which allows other web development companies to leverage EstatePrime data to build websites and applications tailored to your needs.
Custom features are supported in the Enterprise plan. For smaller plans, EstatePrime welcomes ideas and suggestions for product improvement. If the team determines that a suggestion would benefit the majority of clients, it will be incorporated into a future update, ensuring continuous improvement and adaptation to users' needs.
For annual plans, we will notify you one month before your plan expires. For monthly plans, your card or PayPal will be charged automatically. If your plan is not paid by the expiration date, you will have a 5-day grace period to resolve any payment issues. After these 5 days, your account will lose editing access and will be able to only view content for an additional 15 days. If payment is not received, your account will be deactivated. We will retain your data for another 60 days in case you decide to return. After this period, your account and all related data will be permanently deleted.
